Great small park

Small, Very Friendly Family owned park. Big rig Friendly full hook up. Easy to spot once we passed it but we're able to turn around. All you get at this park is a site, it clean and well kept. Not bad if that's all you want is a home base to visit surrounding area. We will stay here again when in area. Like I said Very Friendly Owners.

Great place, very happy

15% Escapee discount, very friendly staff, large big rig FH sites. We asked for no cable but open to use our satellite. Close enough to visit Thor, Newmar Factories, and RV Museum.

Beautiful Park

Large back in site, not close to next site. Full 50 amp hook up. Will stay here again next time in area. Not sure what it is like during summer or weekends but we really enjoyed the park.

Awesome Big Park

This place is very large and big rig Friendly, no matter how big your rig is. Staff are over the top when it comes to helpful and friendly. Careful if you have dogs because there are a lot of holes dug by small ground squirrels. There is an AKC Dog show taking place now with about 200'RVs and there is plenty of space between sites. There are plenty of wifi stations situated through out the park so reception is strong. Great for rallies. Will stay here if in area again

Great Park

This Park is a hidden treasure. It is so Big Rig friendly that our 44' plus toad fit allowing my cousins to park behind ad in front. Full hook up, close to lake, bicycle trails close, with a bicycle shop right next door. Owners are very friendly. Just no off leash for our dogs, no problem, lots of room to walk them.

Not for big rigs

We arrived and had a back in site which we couldn't back in due to road was to narrow. After complaining, we were given a pull thru and we were charged for the upgrade. We were less than 100 yards from the office and wifi did not work, we have AT&T and there is NO signal. How this place got the President award is a wonder.
Will not stay here again or recommend this place for Big Rigs.

Change my previous Review

This morning we were told of a site that we could move to that is providing constant 50 amps. They will call an electrician to check out the site (124) we were in. We greatly appreciate how they responded this morning. This is what KOA stands for "Customer Focused "

Now a KOA

This is the first park that can't provide electricity. I asked for a 50 amp which they provided a site that has 50/30amp but I couldn't even run 1 of my AC units, so I switched to 30 amp and I couldn't even run my small portable fan. The power fluctuated so bad that I am running my generator. I went and spoke to the mgr. "KOA, doesn't guarantee steady power, we aren't used to this heat so I can't help you. You are welcome to leave."
The grounds are well kept but if there is no power, well.

Staff

The staff that checked us in lack in customer service, knowledge of systems, couldn't answer questions of whether our site was 30 or 50 amp,. When I called to make reservations they didn't even know how to email me confirmation that we had reservations. We are also Passport members which they don't know how to give us our discount. The pool in under repairs, golf carts they don't have, it's a par 3. All of which is livable, just don't understand how they can advertise.
