We thought this place was great. It's not fancy but neither is the price. It was clean, and offered all services as advertised. I would come back without hesitation. It is right against the river and we had the river for our backyard. It is just a 1/2 mile or so out of Cave Junction and is a good place to stop off for your trip to Oregon Caves. In fact they allowed us a late check out so we could leave our motorhome there while we went to the Caves that morning.
