Deposit is cost of total stay. Non-refundable if a new tenant for the site isn't booked
We had to cancel because of a medical emergency. We were disappointed a refund wasn't given especially based on the circumstances. It appears to be a wonderful place to stay but sad they don't offer better terms. This is the only RV park we have stayed in that wasn't understanding of our situation
