I have lived her with my husband for about 6 months now. Love it, small park it is quite. Has a nice pool, play area for the kids, play area for our four legged family members (dogs). Have different events though out the year to get the people living in the park or visiting to get to know each other. Fire Pit to keep warm by and have a hot cup cocoa on those cold nights. On those hot days have nice swim, have a cookout by the pool with your family and friends. Park has a homey feeling that make you feel like you gotten away from the rush of the world. Fresh air, peaceful area to walk around. Like to take a boat on the river right in walking distance. Need wash clothes, washer and dryer on site, shower house for the quest too.
