It got one star because I couldn't give it zero. This is a horrible place. We've camped for many many years and I've never written a negative review. The pool is disgusting. The campground is littered. There are cigarette butts stuck in the windows of the rec hall. I was called back to work a week early and can't get a refund. Never ever will I stay at an encore park again.
