Not a welcoming campground

This campground doesn't welcome weekenders or children. The campground is poorly maintained. There is no longer a camp store or basketball court. The playground has a couple pieces of ancient equipment that are more dangerous than fun. You need to bring your own hand soap and toilet paper for the bathroom, because it's often out. The pool has a lock on it and you have to beg the owner to let you into it if you want to swim. Their are no planned activities. Quiet hours are all day and night long. You are not allowed to have friends on your site. You must bring cash with you, because they don't have a credit card machine or Internet. The seasonals are unfriendly and suspicious of new comers. Finally, you can only enjoy the amenities and treatment of the campground if you can get past the massive unmanned, rarely opened security gate in the front, which will not happen if you have children with you, are a group larger than four, or any color other than white. Rates vary by the owner's discretion.
