Great customer service
Five stars, not because it's huge and glamorous, but because of the great customer service and attention to detail. Have you ever parked your RV someplace where the owners genuinely made you feel welcomed? No? Then you need to visit this place!
We were headed back to Central Texas from Fort Myers, FLA, where we traded in our gas 34 ft Class A for a 37 foot Diesel pusher.. It was late afternoon on July 4th, but they answered the phone anyway! Even though they were headed out for dinner, they let us stay in a nice pull through spot. I thought it might be a tight squeeze, but had no problem getting our RV (pulling a Jeep) in and out. Relax is part of their name, and as we walked around the park, there were people in the pool having fun, people playing the washers toss game, and people sitting out in lawn chairs, enjoying the nice evening. Also, there has been a LOT of effort to make each spot look nice, with nice landscaping, roses, even a sign, where they write your name (and our dogs!!) on! We only stayed the night and left early in the morning, but definitely enjoyed our peaceful night, and will come back, if we roll that way again. My wife and I have talked about "what if we owned a RV park", and i hope it would be as peaceful and relaxing as this one is! We would recommend this place to friends and family, and we would/will stay here again!
Oh, not only did they answer the phone on a holiday, but they gave us a Good Sam discount AND a military discount for my Army service!
