Could be nice but far from it

This is one nasty, dirty park.

Great location. Near Astoria, Oregon. Right on the Columbia River, on 101. Lots of traffic

The park is full of old rv’s falling apart. Muddy, holes and just not kept up or clean.

Love the Sou’wester

What an amazing and fun park. Walk to the ocean, live music on weekends. Vintage RV’s to rent. Small art gallery and lots to do on the Longbeach, peninsula. It’s also a 40 minute drive to Astoria Oregon.

This little place was so much fun. I’m looking forward to coming back.

While here you have to go the the bakery. Huge assortment of backed pastries, but great location much sandwiches.

Oh and you have to visit Marshes Free Museum.

Wonderful & Quiet long stay park

Great little park for long stay parking. I was there for 6 months, some are shorter and longer. I’m an artist/designer working for a few places in KC. Some are here for the railroad.

Park is a 55 and over, offering a quiet place to stay. With a parking pad, grassy yard and my spot has trees behind me.

The owner is fantastic, he set me up for winter. Full insulation on my water, from the outlet to my Motorhome. The park is very well taken care of. Mowed and very clean.

The park is located very close to the Kaufman and Arrowhead where the Royals and Chiefs play. Shopping & restaurants are near by, along with being 15 minutes from downtown Kansas City the beautiful Country Club Plaza and Worlds of Fun. It’s also close to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art and Starlight Theatre.

If you are 55, nead a long stay park and enjoy living in a quiet park. Stay at Autumn Falls.
