Saw a lot of negative reviews on yelp which made me hesitant to go here. But turned out to be a great trip. Loved the lake. Not too cold or too warm. Didn?t go to the ?main? beach but instead went to the beach closer to the rv parking area. ?Lake Loop?. Less crowded and makes a nice swim from one side of the lake to the other. One of the locals said they use that spot to swim the triathlon and it?s exactly 1/2 mile across. Was able to get a 2 mile swim in everyday which was great. Friendly people.
