I have stayed at a number of Good Sam rated 10 sites. Most of them would be a 4 compared to this City owned Campground. Clean, lot of trees, concrete pad, covered benches, sewer,mountain bike trails, hiking, two ways to barbeque. Awesome firepits.
If you go over to the sailing club on Saturday's they sail, they will take you out. Two disk golf courses next to Campground as well. Great place and asset for Jefferson City.
