no water, no showers, no fires, very little shade, rocks everywhere where you would put a tent, poison oak everywhere, no easy access to river unless you use boat ramp... no ice as listed or showers, no cell service, no going back in the future... ever!
We had reservations for 3 days and 2 nights. First night the park person came to tell us no fires, no water available in spigots. The website says there were showers available, there were not showers. The website also neglected to mention that it is very rocky ground so finding a "soft spot" for your tent or sleeping bags was nearly non existent. Shade was minimal and access to the river were paths through poison oak, unless you wanted to go down boat ramp, which in July is very busy with rafters coming and going... the park host also had no ice although the web page said there would be some... we will not be going back,EVER!
