Found this gem in Florence, Colorado.
Super nice owner. Dogs allowed. There is nice ASTRO turf at each site along with your water, sewer and electric hookups. The park is clean and staff are helpful with hookups.
They are open all year which is huge for me. I dont have to worry about moving.
They also allow RV certified tiny homes.
I'm so glad I found this park in Florence. The town has several antique shops and great places to eat. Canon City is close by with lots of places to visit like Royal Gorge.
Views of the mountains are plentiful. Pikes peak mountain, Locke mountain and the Wet mountains are beautiful.
