If you will do a YT search and read other reviews you will get a good idea of how the park is. It is what goes on when your there (or not there at the time) that is concerning. The property is kept barley to par meaning there are serious issues with the power, The water pressure and most importantly the lots called leveled will surprise you how bad they are.
The property goes unsupervised. You can only imagine what goes on in that situation. I would never recommend children or a camper you have lots of electronics. I am still repairing mine in a new camper. You could find yourself in a very uncomfortable position pretty fast unless you spend a lot of time in your RV.
I would love to share more and what is planned for the near future but want people to know what they are getting into before they call and get tricked.
It is defiantly windy, but it is the only place between Albuquerque and Truth or Consequences to pull in with full hook ups. Perfectly placed stop. Beautiful views and level lots.
I have to be honest in saying the water is soooo hard. Defiantly clean everything after the New Mexico run.
Has some great places to use ATV's and 4X4s during your stay as well.
