Great campground
Owners and staff were great. Location is close to several attractions. Campground is very clean and well-maintained. We stayed for nine nights.

Best in Manitou Springs
Very nice, clean RV park. Free Manitou Springs shuttle bus, & Co. Springs metro bus stop at park entrance. Super staff and owners made for a great stay. We came to stay for 3 nights but decided to stay an extra since it was so nice.

Are there any more stars to give!! The Best Park and staff in Southern Colorado!!!
Awesome park!! Margie and Chris are simply salt of the earth folk who are very helpful, pleasant, patient and exceptionally knowledgeable!!
It a great place and a fabulous experience!
