Best Scam Artist in the Country, run down park that is attached to a Coast to Coast Contract for window dressing
The park is very antiquated, it has limited activities, the pool is small and was totally inaccessible both times we were there. I was charged $6000 for a membership, that was painted as a Picasso and once displayed was nothing more than a Creative Commons Zero. Yes, I signed the contract. One of the worst things ever done in my life. In my defense, I was taking cancer treatments at the time. My line of thinking was not at its best, and the TLC staff took full advantage of that. So, instead of being able to bring my family to nice park during summertime. I’m stuck with this place, which is very boring my kids' words not mine, and you can only park in certain areas for a certain amount of time before you’re forced to move. What in the hell did I pay $6000 for? Then there is a crazy thing. They called maintenance fees. I’ve been to the place twice one to sign a contract and once with my camper. That was two years ago yet I get a maintenance bill every month. What’s up with that? do yourself a favor stay as far away from this place as possible.
