Have lived here over 2 years now. Beautiful rural setting, but only 5 minutes from the city with all I'll ever need as far as medical, shopping, restaurants, etc. Property is gated 24/7 and secure. Almost all of the other residents are long-term and like family. Owners live on-site and always makes sure we have what we need. This facility has a both a complimentary laundry facility for the residents and a complete laundry service (cleaning and folding). The place just reminds me of a picture postcard. Always feels like coming home at the gate....

Double Duty RV Park
Have lived here nearly 2 years now. Quiet, secure park near the city but away from the bustle and traffic. Only 4 miles from everything, though - medical, shopping (Walmart Supercenter and much more), golf course and such. It's peaceful here, and rates are more than competitive. No loud roads nearby and it's gated, so no drive-throughs. WIFI is fast and stable. Laundry comes back from the service neatly folded or hung.
A little community of kind, considerate people. Owner lives on-site and goes out of her way to see that we have what we need.
