I'm 70 and I've never seen worse management in my life. They don't know or care about the law or the people who live there. They violate your rights, like confronting you out on the street, or they murder your grapevines or they give your personal property to the Neighbors. You complain about it and they don't do anything. My neighbors have stolen from me and harassed me and they don't do anything. It's just terrible.
