Stayed overnight passing thru to WI in our 42' MoHo pulling full size pick up, park had big enough site to accommodate us. Very clean, plenty space for our Golden Retriever to enough. Will for sure stay again when in the area
Read some Google reviews that said the park didn't have sites over 35'....wrong! They have 4 premium sites and we were lucky enough to be able to get one to accommodate our big rig & our tow, with only a 5 hour notice. Also saw some big rigs in the non premium sites. Nice park with woods which our dog loved. Would stay again and recommend.
First off there are two different addresses for GPS. Vehicles parked in sites that are suppose to be available, No way Big Rigs can stay here. Drove thru park (barely) and left.
This was a great park. Very clean and we found the staff to be great, they were very accommodating when we asked to stay an extra night. Our spot was a bit expensive but we have a 42 ft diesel pulling a vehicle so we needed a big lot plus the lot was 50 amp, paved with a patio so that was why so much more in cost. We made same day reservations so had to take what was available. We enjoyed our stay!! (An added bonus was the HUGE dog park about 3 miles up the road)
We stayed 3 nights while we explored Door County, the park is clean, rustic, lots of woods (our dog loved it). Staff very helpful. We did not experience road noise since we were back from the road. We couldn't get TV (satellite) from our site but we were among trees. Will stay again if in area.
Beautiful, quiet, clean park. Great place to stay. The only small negative is that the campground consists of mostly people who stay there all summer long and if u make one false move they complain. We had family over for 3 hrs one day and there were 5 cars and someone complained. I know the rules are 2 cars but it was 1 day, 3 hrs and the cars were not in the way.
We only stayed one night so it was fine for us for the night. Very clean & quiet. We are in a big rig so not a place I would pick to stay for a week but great for tent & small campers. Not a lot of amenities so thought $41 was high but it was last min reservation. All and all it was a nice place.
