Level concrete pads with full hook ups. Awesome cable tv with over 60 channels. Fantastic WiFi that never slowed down even with a sold out park. Beautiful view on the Little Pigeon River. Very enjoyable to sit and watch the strong current and wild life pass by. A word of caution, make sure you bring your emailed confirmation as we arrived and were told they were sold out and they didn?t have us coming in until the next day. My email confirmation had the correct dates on it. Not sure what to make of the situation as it was handled poorly by the office staff who called another park for me to go to until the next day. I?d have none of that so they ?found? a spot. Hmmmm.
This is a tricky review because I saw some sites at the Happy Holiday RV Village that wouldn't have been much fun. They were very narrow and not level. We were at the park with a club and we're assigned site 412. It was fine with excellent water pressure and electrical power plus good cable TV. I recommend a site on the stream or pond which were shady and picturesque. Staff was very helpful and I love the Cherokee location near the casino. On a side note, our cell service was nonexistent which is no fault of Happy Holiday RV Village. Best RV park option in this beautiful valley with cool temperatures at night.
Stayed at this RV Resort and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and natural spring on property. Full hooks including 50 amp and cable TV were in perfect working order. Stayed in July so it was hot! It was over 95 degrees each day and no shade in sight for the RV. Park had a beautiful pool complex that was well maintained. Large dog park on property as well as a pavilion for gathering. Convict Spring is located on the property so it is easy to cool off in the constant 72 degree crystal clear water. This is a very rural area and the town of Mayo doesn't offer much more than a gas station and a Dollar store. Restaurant and ice cream shop on property for those who want to indulge. We had a great long 4th of July stay here.
Always a good time at this RV park. Sites are concrete pads with full hook up and cable TV. Very fine pool complex to enjoy and a great place to walk. The staff is help as my cable tv went out and they fixed it within the hour. The small town of Pine Mountain is fun to explore as well.
