We have been here since Jan, 2009. The park does allow extended stay. There are hook-ups for cable but you have to contact the cable company to have it turned on for your space. There are 32 spaces. The spaces are gravel as they are still working on getting the gravel to stop sinking and stay level. Former owner (2003 and earlier) did not care about sites being level.
Owners are friendly and helpful. They will meet you to help you park your coach when you get there. If you need directions to anywhere they will help you.
