The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is it's not a resort. What I like the most is that they have plenty of pull throughs. Both times I've stayed here, it has been a breeze. What I mean is, easy to get parked, easy to get out. It's right off Interstate 10. Now, a side note. As of July 2014, I-10 is undergoing a massive facelift so I'm not sure is the new on and off ramps right by the park will be up to date for you. Getting here though has been super easy. They do allow pets and also have a pet free parking zone for those not traveling with pets. You just can't go wrong with Mission RV. It's a really good park.
It's not the best, it's not the worst but it is quiet
Roads are overs in the park. They're tight in a couple of spots. I'm currently paying $600/month to park my travel trailer while here for the summer on business. Apparently, new owners of the park take over July 1st, 2014. I imagine they will want to raise their rates. If that happens, I plan on packing up and moving to a less expensive park. I've met a few folks with temporary situations as well. They work in the movie business and come here during the filming season and when movie jobs come up. Overall, it about three stars. Everyone is very nice and keep to themselves. It's a popular area in Miami during the winter months as many from Canada and the northeast part of the US come to stay for the winter. You don't have anything exciting going on and it suits my need of having a front porch concrete pad with all the hookups. They do NOT have cable available. I've been on antenna only this trip.
