Very clean shower and laundry rooms, internet worked very well with no interuptions, cable t v was basic but very nice to have as most parks only offer as an additional charge, smaller park but very clean and nice size lots. We did not need the pools and name badges other parks have and charge for so this park worked well for us. We would recommend this park to anybody
