Nice park. Easy off/on I-81 & I-77. Big sites, many with nice shade trees. Friendly staff, and the park is well maintained. We have stayed here several times traveling between Georgia and New England and will continue to do so. It?s not a ?Resort? but it great for an overnight or a several nights. Good WiFi. Paid $75 for two nights (Good Sam) and it is well worth the $$.
Stayed here 3 nights. Name has been changed to Sturbridge RV Resort. Don?t let the word Resort fool you. The grounds and sites are poorly maintained, the hookups can be anywhere even on the next door site, and they have next to nothing in the way of activities. Sites are tiny, you can barely extend awnings, and don?t have anything on your rear bumper because it will hit the rig behind you or your front will be out in the pothole laced dirt road. Several rigs had orange cones at the front of their rigs because they were so far out in the travel part of the road. When we departed I had the choice of hitting a cone or the low hanging branches on the other side. They also have the audacity to charge a $4.00 daily ?resort fee?! I can?t believe that Good Sam rated this place as an 8.5 overall. It doesn?t deserve more than a 6.0 in my opinion. Never again - there are better and less expensive places in the area!
Stayed here for a week or two for 3 out of past 4 years. Well maintained and run. Extra clean facilities. Lots of activities for kids & adults. Bit pricy but Good Sam discount helps.
This is nice park. New owners are working hard to improve from what it was only a year or so ago. Super nice and friendly owners and staff. Nice location close to Statesboro and GA Southern Univ.
