Clean park. All concrete lots and drives which cuts down on the dust. Friendly staff and great customer service. Did have a round of break ins on our trucks while i stayed there but, we are talking about Bay City not exactly the number one destination in Texas. And the buglers only hit the truck with unlocked doors...
This park has a lot of amenities. Like full hook up with cable TV, bath houses, fitness center, pool, hot tub, and laundry facilities. But about 15% of their guests are a little seedy they have implemented some new rules with the new managers but. It's not an over night fix. If the few old run down camper and shady looking people that stay in them weren't here I'd say this is a 4-5 star park.
$300 a month plus electric, with a union member discount
And $150 a week with elec included.
Owner is very friendly good fishing and very peaceful sites have water and electric but no sewer dan comes around once a week with the honey wagon and he'll empty u out
