Parks in this area are few, however, the ONLY thing it had going for it was that there was 20/30/50 Amp service! The area has unfortunately turned into a trailer park in sad need of sprucing up. We noted several less than desirable situations: First, the trailer with the truck up on chocks next to it, a stove/refrigerator sitting outside the door of one plus a large propane tank protruding from end of camper! Also gracing the area were 5-7 trailers in various degrees of care and a pile of railroad ties. The grounds were suffering from no water and a plague of grasshoppers from the season before. There was something dead was under a rock near building which houses a furniture store! So overall the price was good for a quick overnight stay but not a place you want to put out your carpet and chairs as you are beside a gas station on right off exit ramp for Highway 40.
