We discovered that most people at the park were from areas very close by. No wonder, you can get away from it all only 35 miles from our house. Only two complaints: 1) was lack of full hook-ups (our gray water filled quicker than we anticipated) and 2) mosquitos were horrible (more time of the year). As a warning: cell coverage is spotty.
Overall, we had a great time and next time, we'll be a little more prepared.
We camped here in May, 2011 for one night. We loved the beach proximity (right on a private stretch) and the tiki bar overlooking the beach was great for dinner and morning coffee. We'll definitely stay again and for a longer time next time. The staff was also very friendly.
