Best Place Yet

We have only stayed at about 10 parks/resorts so far and this is without question the best. They have 158 sites of all sizes, from drive throughs for big They have motorhome sites that ring the south end of the resort that have very nice views of the moutains surrounding the Verde Valley. Spectacular sunsets, of course.
The grounds are tended to after each guest leaves so the site is ready for the next. They rake the gravel and tend to the concrete by sweeping off any leaves, etc.
They have a very nice laundry that is open every day. The office/store is open 8 am to 9pm and houses a banquet room with a kitchen that you can use if needed. There is a patio off that room that has a gas grill you can use too. There is a swap library to you are welcome to utilize while you are there.
The approach they take to the showers is amazing. The showers are cleaned after each use. Every time. No exceptions.
Across from the Laundry is a workout room with machines and free weights that is open for your use.
The resort has Propane on site, which is very handy for those of us with gas grills, not to mention filling the tank on the rig.
There are also vendors that come in and will wash your rig for a fee. The one we used did a very nice job.
Despite being right next to Interstate 17 it is amazingly quiet.
The staff and Workampers are very friendly and always smiling.
The resort is across I17 from Cliff Castle Casino/Hotel so you have gambling and some fairly nice restaurants available within a couple minutes drive. Plus they have a shuttle that comes through the resort every 20 minutes or so.
The Resort has daily, weekly, monthly rates as well as 3 month and 6 month rates.
This is a gem of a place to stay.
They accept all the clubs and have been rated 5 Ws by Woodalls and 9.5s by Good Sams
Don't miss this one if you are in the area
