Advertised as year round but they shut water off mid Oct and close laundry room in January. I talked to the young girl in the office on 3 different occasions. She quoted me a monthly rate and did mention the water problem, she never said that they don't plow the roads in the winter and that you can't stay there on a monthly rate in the summertime. This park is NOT for extended stay. They need to educate their office staff. We got there expecting to stay all year round and were turned away. Now, we don't know where to go.
