A real danger to camp in. Only one road serves in and out. We were trapped when a fire broke out. Voltage was very poor. Most afternoons the incoming was about 105 to 109. We left a month early.
Many sites have less than 110 volts in hot weather. Well run, great owners and hosts. Old KOA so terraced, small sites, many tall pines, odd shaped sites. Not much choise in Payson. Probably best in area though. Monthly cost is plus power.
