I was a long term resident this park for a job in the sleepy little town of Alpine. During my career I have worked many contracts and stayed at more than my fair share of RV parks and I have never encountered a park that charged as if they were a resort. The park has 93 spaces which are ample for parking but don't let the 95 feet space fool you, it isn't really for you to use. I was told I had to my my pull vehicle simple because it would be to RV in one space. They offer nothing but inflated electrical rates for long term resident My light bill could be well over 100 bucks per month during the winter months. 17 cents a kilowatt is extremely high. their bathrooms are clean however they clog easily,Internet overpriced and SLOW less than 1/2 the speed of dial up. Hughes claims the only way they would have that slow of a connection is by throttling the connection. $30 a month is ridiculous for that level of access. One of their management is the rudest person I have encountered in a RV park setting. They are not interested in good customer service. here the customer is always wrong. I would not recommend this park to anyone other than an overnight stay at an overpriced trailer park. Buyer beware
