Can't believe the negative reviews. Granted the roads need a little TCL but roads don,t make a park good or bad. It's a great location on the river, and just a short walk to the ocean. The guests are friendy. The management team is always friendly and helpful. The laundy room is clean, bright and with all new appliances. Have spent two winters there and have booked next winter.
