Very reasonable,adequate park, mgmt friendly, very quiet
We paid Passport America rate; very reasonable; quiet; did not use facilities but appeared clean; few miles from sights and bigger stores (15 mi.); but worth it due to low cost.
All essentials, nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff/owner. Great location for all of Black Hills; willing to negotiate rate for month and flexible about site.
