This is an awesome campgound (though less awesome currently while the Forest Service decides how to manage the campground with hazard trees) but it's not really for RV's. There's a really rough, nearly 3 mile drive from Hwy 133. Passenger cars can make it and I have seen an RV up there (it's rare) but the road is super narrow, in a mud flow path, has a creek crossing (bank is pretty steep) and the road condition can be very unpredictable. THere are other campgrounds near by that would better serve an RV- Redstone CG, Bogan Flats CG, Difficult CG.
