It seemed over priced & they didn't give us any discount except Good Sam. This is our 3rd and last time. They keep saying they are widening the site but we don't get to park in the finished ones. It rained while we were there and we had to walk through water when we stepped out of the coach. Long term residents let their dogs off leash and not just in the dog run which is just a big water run off. The coach next to us was leaking transmission fluid, never cleaned it up and when it rained it all washed into the soil. When we left it was another mess not being contained. 11 days but never again.
Grass sites bad in wet weather. Showers always clean. Laundry 2 washers & dryers $1.25 each. Swimming & golf within 2 blocks. A great place in the summer. Daily or monthly rates
