Favorite of the trip.

The upside is that it is close to the NP entrance. Huge RV park, trees, real nature feel. Close to restaurants, gas, etc. Excellent WiFi connections. Down side was that our spot was not level, making it hard to set up. Should have asked for another site, but liked the location. We stayed two nights, used our own showers, so no comments there. Would stay again, and would recommend to friends.

Just ok

We spent four nights here. Most of the slots were filled with full timers. Park hostess was not available until we were due to check out. Her husband was very friendly, not worried about getting our money before we left. Laundry room was spotless, but expensive. A full timer helped me with tokens as the hostess was unavailable. Aspen Rose RV Park is just down the road. Would have a better choice.

Great place to stay.

We spent four nights here. We paid for the premium site, and felt it gave a bit more room. This is a very clean RV Park, with friendly staff. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Located between Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. About 9 Miles from the town of Moab, lots of Restaurant options.

Very scenic location!

We are enjoying this RV/Resort. This is their off season, so some of the activities are closed. We came for Fall Colors not Zip Lines, so that is fine with us. The people here are very friendly. Even let me Fed Ex a package to pick upon our arrival. I have read negatives reviews about the trains that come through here. Yes, there are trains, day and night. But they do not blow their horns at night. With the size of this canyon I think you would hear the trains wherever you stayed. This park is not to blame for the noise. We actually kind of enjoy them. We are staying here for four night. Find it to be clean and beautifully maintained.

Very nice for a quick stop.

Love the green lawn and the trees. Seems to be a number of full timers, but it is clean and the people are very friendly. A thumbs up from us.

Convenient Location

We have stayed here twice. The first time was many years ago when they still had lawn between the spaces. They now have gravel. Very clean, nice people, right off the freeway. We would stay here again, even with the full timers that seem to live there.
