Mostly permanent residents but there's a section in the back which seems to be for travelers. Park is gravel but lots of room to manuever. No pull-through sites...back-in only. Friendly people and the park is very quiet. Laundry room looked clean and tidy. We'll stay here again. Traveling with a 35 foot 5th wheel.
