We were very pleased with Lake Park Campground and Cottages. The park is located on the edge of Rapid City and right next to Canyon Lake. It is a 30-40 minute drive to places like Mount Rushmore. We had business to take care of in town so it was wonderful to find such a nice campground near by.
The sites are all level and easy to access. Lots of shade trees. Typical amenities like rest rooms, showers, and laundry are all very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
