We had a good time seeing the sites in the Corpus Christi area.... Aquarium, Aransas Pass, etc. The restaurants are great too. The Sea Breeze is a good park. Has a great view of the bay. Good, clean facilities. We did have a water supply leak but that was fixed quickly. I arrived after hours but received a phone call while on the trip advising me of my site number. There seems to be a lot of permanent and semi-permanent residents. However, they were in other sections of the park. There was one boy who made too much noise on his motorcycle and one neighbor with a loud truck. The park is a good value considering the amenities and the view. I would stay at the Sea Breeze again.
