"It's west Texas"
If you feel like living in a slumville RV park, this is it. This park is Located approximately 12 miles from I-20, out in middle of no where. It is not well maintained. Roads are full of holes and not properly graded. There is no type gravel put in rv spaces. It looks like the only thing done was bulldoze off the shrubs. When it rains, your living area is flooded with water. Terrie, the manager, when confronted with this issue stated " it's west Texas" and suggested to get old broken pallets from wood pile to put down so that I could get into my motorhome without wading through water. If you don't mind getting wet and muddy while trying to enter your RV, this is it. I would not recommend this rv park to anyone.

Quiet park
Newer park, away from town and it's quiet! Owner's don't tolerate parties or trashy people. This is not a local park for the homeless. Everyone that stays there is in Odessa for work. There were several women staying there and a few families with children. Park isn't anything fancy, but if you're looking for clean, quiet, and safe, this is a great place. If we have to come back to Odessa again, we'll be staying at Permian.
