Great park

This little state campground is a gem. No hookups but. Beautiful spacious sites right next to the lake. You can see the lake from most of the sites. Of you are reserving ignore the campground map. The best site, about 25 feet fr the lake, is#16. The campground has flush toilets and showers. 50 cents for 5 minutes or more if you pay more. It is right I'm Tahoe City sp if you want wilderness this is not for you but sell plenty of trees and wildlife. Only Allows
small trailers. Can be reserved through reserve America.

Rate Paid:
 $35.00

Good facility good serve on thebeach

This park is across a narrow dead end road from the beach at Morro Bay. You van see Morro Rock from your window. The sites are reasonably big and the price is notbad considering the amenities. Premi sites are next to the west fence which has several gates for easy access to the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach with leashes. My doggie loved our morning walks. The restrooms showers and laundry facilities were clean and convenient. The only downer was it is next door to a waste water treatment facility.

Bare bones parking lot

This park looks like a big bare parking lot with a series of posts for Hopkins. It looks like mostly long term residential. We arrived late. The bathrooms were locked. We called thea agee and got the combination. It is located in a bad part of town around the corner from a gentle end club. The bathroom was clean but not I'm good repair
Would not stay here again but the fee. $15. Was reasonable and the wifi worked

Adequate and clean

We chose this park because we were coming on late. At 2 in the morning it looked like a dump but by mornings light it looked much better. The shuttle service to the French quarter leaves once a day at 9 am and then again at 5. But you have to find your own way back if you take the 5 pm shuttle. Parking T the French quarter Can be expensive unless you park near the edge. The rvspots at this park are small but the price is reaspnable

A park like oasis

We arrived in the middle of the night with no reservation but KOA was ready for us. Most of the sites are pull throughon gravel and most are shaded by mature trees. The green mowed and trimmed lawns surrounding each campsite gives the feel of staying in a beautiful park. Bathroom/showers are clean and private. They have two grassy off leash areas for large and small dogs. Staff are friendly and helpful. As a bonus. There is a Pep Boys across the street and Wayne's Car Care next door. Be sure to check out Pierre's Mardi GRAS Cafe just down the streetfor po boys jambalaya and more
