Nice stay!

We stayed here one night in a motor home. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are several pull thru spots, but the one we stayed in was one of four located by the pool and fishing pond. These spots weren't very level, but they were a nice location. The pool was nice. Good wifi.

This place is a gem!

Our first impression was that the entrance needs to be reconfigured. It seems an odd angle and a lot of snaking around, but we did manage to get in just fine with our 35 ft MH towing a car. Friendly staff. So thoughtful and helpful. Very well kept up park. Wifi doesn't reach well down the riverfront sites, but this is a small price to pay for the beauty of these spots! Prime riverside spot with river access. It is a swift river, but we let our kids wade along the side in aqua socks and life jackets. As the evening went on we were treated to a kayaking show! This is a public access point and about 15 kayakers showed up to practice their skills. It was a wonderful spectacle to behold! There is a river rafting outfitter nearby and I would have loved to do that! We can't wait to stay here again if we pass through!

Nice place

We stayed here in a motor home. We stayed in spot 15 which a friend had advised was the best spot in the park. She was right! It was one of the few shaded spots. Nice pool. Fishing pond. Wifi was a little tricky getting signed on since the page icons wouldn't load correctly.

All the amenities, but crowded

I am rating this lower than I normally would for a campground with similar amenities, but it was just so crowded and busy. I think this is the norm for Myrtle Beach however. Tons of stuff to do. Level sites. I would recommend renting a golf cart because the place is HUGE! The beautiful beach is just steps from the nearest campsites. The "beachside" camp sites have NO shade, but are conveniently located. If you do choose a "beachside" site, ask for one to the north of the main entrance road. These northern sites seemed to be a little more spacious and had less population. Also the beach near this end is significantly less crowded. There are some shady spots up near the pool.
Take a shade tent with you for the beach. Take a shallow bin to fill with water and keep by your camper entrance. You can rinse your feet from all the sand! Sand is everywhere! There is a nightly golf cart parade that is very entertaining. It starts about 9 pm. If you know you will rent a cart, take some craft items with which to decorate your cart for the parade.

Beautiful View

You can see Biltmore from the far end of the property. Nice pool. Pull thrus are down below without the good view. The back in spots have a nice view. Steep entrance hill, but we did not drag towing our car. We stayed here in a motor home.

Nashville was fun!

We stayed here in July, so we were happy for the nice pool. Some shade, but not heavily so. There seemed to be an over abundance of speed bumps, but the park is well kept up. We went downtown and experienced the Nashville dining/ music scene. If you don't have a car, there is a downtown shuttle that will come to the campground. We stayed here in a motor home.
