This camp is a motel parking lot, there are washrooms, but no hot tub (spa) $55 per night in the off season. We were the only ones there. The pavement had been treated with oil and was sticky. The garbage can was overflowing, no sewer at the site, only a very difficult to back into dump station. Noise during the day from a howling chained up pit bull, and renovation crew. $25 a night would have been too much, Maybe if the problems were addressed.
