My husband and I tried contacting the park days before we arrived there. We never got a call back from the manager. We arrived at the park at night and had no idea where the office was, so we went to a cabin that had their lights on. They told us to go ahead and park, then contact the manager in the morning. Long story short, the manager was rude, and treated us like we were a thorn in his side. He was unwilling to work with us and most of the time wouldn't return our calls, when we needed assistance. We had heard from other park tenants how bad the manager was, we should've listened to them. We're now at an rv park that has former tenants from Sky High and they say the same thing, so it's not just us.
My husband and I stayed there for almost a year. There are some problem areas in the park, but overall, the people were friendly and the managers have a great sense of compassion for the people who pass through there. We will certainly return there again!
