I'm sure this place is great for the fishing/marina/rv aspect, but we rented one of the cabins and it was filthy and falling apart. The shelves above the kitchen had dust and grease, the medicine cabinet shelves had a layer of dust, bacon grease in the toaster oven, cigarette butts in the candle on the front deck, mouse droppings under the sink, dishes still had food on them. The curtains on the front did not cover the whole window, curtain rod was broken, moulding on window was broken, just overall disrepair and grubbiness. Also we were told on the phone the cabins were 35 feet from the lake and they were about 200-300 feet back, with views littered with RV's, boats and other stuff.The only "beach" area was 10 feet from the fish cleaning station.
