we stayed ther 3x in 3yrs in fall or summer. lots of big trees but doent block sat signal, huge shaded dog area unfenced, very clean showers n toilets. only bother was early mowing once a wk, laundry rm os attached to game rm & air conditioned its also close to pool so swim while wash clothes ;-)
