Traveler Reviews
Good value for overnighters travelling the area
Big lots, mostly pull trhough sites, great owners.
Pleasantly surprised
On our last night of our cross country drive, we stopped in Snowville, UT at the Lottie-Dell campground. The owner met us at the office and we got checked in. He said pick whatever spot we liked. We set up on the far end from the other RV's that were there and got set up. The spaces were all grass and all pull through and very long. It has sweeping views of the countryside and it was a very pleasant place to relax in on our final night of our trip to Idaho. Would definitely recommend.
Lottie-Dell
This is a great place for an over night stop! It doesn't appear to be a destination, although it would be a good place to spend a few days exploring the area. It is an older park but it is clean and well kept. It is easy on and off the freeway, big rig friendly with long fairly level pull through sites in the middle of the park and shorter back in spots around the perimeter. The roads and sites are both gravel with grass between the sites. The bathrooms are old but clean and functional. Check in is by the honor system, this is a neat park, we will stay here again. We stayed here in a motor home.
Lottie-Dell Campground
It's out in the middle of NOWHERE, but it's cheap, it's safe, and basically just a good overnight stop on your way up or down Interstate 84. There is some road noise, but it wasn't bad, I was able to sleep through it. There are some fast food restaurants reasonably close. Park is on a big field, no shade anywhere. Full hookups. Lots of pull through sites, always a good thing. The back in sites are against a fence. On the other hand, the back in sites have more "spacing" between sites than the pull throughs. There is a driving range where you can rent some balls and practice. Check in is "honor system." Cash or checks. I paid full price, but Escapee's members get a discount. Laundry room was a little "smelly" but I used it. Laundry was reasonable, $1.25 to wash, and 25 cents for 10 minutes of drying. No TV at all if you are using antenna. Verizon air card (4G) had trouble getting a signal despite the fact that my Verizon cell phone and Verizon wireless landline worked fine!
There is no clubhouse. But there is a driving range and you can rent balls to drive.
