nice managers, Good WIFI, at $32 a good value
Very nice managers and helpful also. Good WIFI. Sites are medium size. my 27' trailer plus Tow vehicle fit without unhooking. Had to use level blocks, site not level. At $32 a good value
Nice, clean and quiet
We have a tiny camper so used the restrooms, showers and laundry facilities.
Our gps took us past the entrance and took us to KOA up the road for some reason!
We would stay there again

We have a 24 foot RV. I called ahead since it was a holiday weekend. The gal I spoke with in the am was very nice she said they would have a spot and we had a spot when we arrived. There are some extended stay folks here. Fancy gap is close off the Blue Ridge Parkway, turn off go north on 52 and there is a big red barn. Our place was pretty level. Price included water, sewer, elect, and wifi. It was very quiet at night not many kids. Heard a few coyotes in the early am. We would stay here again. Very clean. We didn't use their bathrooms or showers cause we use our RV but very clean and quiet.
