Virginia State Law prohibits dogs or animals on public beaches or in the water. Pets are welcome on no longer than a 6-foot leash. Owners must clean up after their animals. There is a $5 fee per animal per night in addition to the regular camping fee and a $10 per night per animal fee if you are staying in a cabin. This is one campground where pets are allowed in the cabins.

A MUST stay!
What a wonderful location to stay and camp! Summertime is nice and shady, fall the leaves are beautiful and Spring the butterfly's are amazing!
