Gorgeous Setting
This park is beautiful, the campsites are secluded with lots of trees and foliage. They have a maintenance man that is responsive and helpful, but the I park needs updating, i.e., cable TV is not acceptable, the lighting system is partially working. The big complaint is that the bathrooms, showers and laundry are not kept clean. Most parks clean these every day, we have been here 5 days and no one has cleaned yet. If you are self contained you could rate this park much higher, we depend on a clean bathroom with showers.

Location:
Eagles Nest is located on the southern tip of the Long Beach Peninsula in the city of Ilwaco. From Seattle take I-5 south to Chehalis, then west on Hwy 6 to Raymond. Go south on Hwy 101 to Ilwaco. From Portland take I-5 north to Oregon Hwy 30, then west to Astoria, cross Columbia River Bridge north to Ilwaco. Follow signs to Cape Disappointment State Park, 1/2 mile on right.
