Great place

We were greeted by Karen at the front desk and she was very helpful telling us all about the city and some of the fun things to do. We have a 38 foot diesel pusher as well as car she gave us a pull through site for $72. 2 adults 2 kids. We will come back again if we are in the area.

End to trip, close to airport

The park needs some management that will lift the park to a better quality. There had been a lot of rain and the paths were not even, so a lot of puddles in the road to the site. Site was cramped.
There are a lot of internet hotspots made available, but even those tended to stop once in a while.
Shower water is warm, but are not well maintained. Hardly a good entry for a person in a wheelchair.
Only 2 of the 5 showers worked (genders share these showers). The restrooms were pretty clean.
We stayed during the easter weekend and there seemed to be easter egg surch for the children. A lot of long term stayers are on the park.
Plus for the park is that it is remarkably easy to take the bus (180) across the street and use the light rail to downtown. Within the hour and only $8.50 later we ended up in the middle of Seattle, which was great.
If the looks of the park were a little bit better I would have given 3 stars.

Cramped, close to Seattle, the free Internet actually kind of works.

We are going to get better about booking in advance so we do not end up in a place like this every time. The showers are super-gross (and I have a a much higher than average tolerance for germs and mold). If you are a germ-a-phobe I recommend not going anywhere near the restroom/shower area. They offer a weekly rate with metered electric which means I suspect some people have been staying here a while. That said, we are happy to stay in the Seattle area on the cheap!

Spaces are totally crammed together, but it somehow works. Some spaces have green grass.

Suspected longer-term folks means our son had a lot of school-aged kiddos to play with (he's 10). Usually in October school-aged children at an RV park are rare. T-Mobile coverage here is pretty terrible but the Tengo wifi (free) is actually passable (1 mbps up and down).

Sardines

Very tight RV sites and not enough room for TV, everyone had to park in a T formation which made the road very difficult to maneuver when we were exiting the park. They do have cable that has limited stations which would be OK except the quality was terrible. Tried different cables but the problem was coming from the box. Wifi is tengo very surprised that it worked as well as it did.

Awful

A very pricey, rundown, dirty, nasty old park.Full of old junky campers. The MH next to us had a mattress laying underneath it. Can't imagine that they meet code regulations, our sewer connection was broke , so we put a brick on top of hose so we could use it. The fire trucks or emergency would have a hard time getting into the park at night the way they let people park everywhere.
Only reason we stayed here was because it was close to Seattle airport and had family flying in .

Staff lady was grumpy and not friendly. I will not stay here again !!!!

Beware

Office staff was helpful; however one of the grounds staff made a very inappropriate comment regarding my daughter as she left a building. "Daddy like what he sees". I did not feel my family was safe there and couldn't wait to leave.

Run down park & great staff

I was camping in a 28' Class A with 2 Slides. This park is located right off a major highway. Numerous sites, but very ill kept and had a run down appearance. Full hook ups, but site was very lumpy and grass dead. They have a pool, shower and laundry, but I did not check them out. Very limited area in the back for walking your dog. Some sites were very close to each other and some a reasonable distance. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very expensive for the condition of this park. Good for a one nighter.
